Student Wellbeing

Student wellbeing and mental health are a priority at the British School in The Netherlands. We not only look after the academic progress and achievement of our children and students but also consider their emotional, physical health and wellbeing a top priority.

As such we have developed and established a network of support, advice and care that enables all children to flourish emotionally and socially, which will help them to thrive academically.
When children feel happy, safe and secure they are able to learn. This is why we focus on developing and supporting, head, hand and heart.At all campuses, our teachers and assistants build strong relationships with each individual student. This makes our students feel supported, heard and understood. It also makes it clear who they can turn to in moments of difficulty.
